Important Reminders

• The ₱1,199 promo rate applies to both adult and child participants
• All child participants must be accompanied by at least one (1) responsible adult with a valid ₱1,199 Hauntastic Halloween ticket
• Children 3 feet and below may enter J Castles for FREE but will not receive the Hauntastic Halloween package inclusions unless a package is purchased
• Halloween inclusions are limited to one (1) allocation per qualified ticket holder
• Guests are encouraged to come in Halloween costumes for the Costume Parade

• Tickets and unused inclusions are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash, subject to applicable laws and event policies

Ticket & Admission Rules 

  1. Ticket Validity: Each admission pass is valid for one (1) entry only, with no re-entry allowed. The voucher is valid only on the date and for the attraction stated on the pass.

  2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Admission passes have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. No refunds will be provided for unused or lost vouchers.

  3. Admission Security: Guests are responsible for safeguarding their admission vouchers. J Castles will not replace lost, stolen, or duplicated passes. Vouchers that are altered, damaged, or defaced will be voided without refund.

  4. Prohibition of Resale: Admission passes may not be resold, bartered, duplicated, or exchanged. Any attempt to resell or transfer vouchers will result in immediate cancellation without refund or compensation.

  5. Tampering and Fraud: Passes that are tampered with, counterfeit, or not purchased from J Castles or its authorized sellers will be deemed invalid. Entry will be refused without refund, liability, or compensation.

  6. Changes and Cancellations: J Castles reserves the right to change attraction schedules, operating hours, or close certain areas of the park without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.

  7. Entry Refusal: J Castles reserves the right to deny entry, without refund or liability, to any guest holding a voucher that violates these rules.

  8. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using an admission pass, guests agree to adhere to these rules and any other terms and conditions set by J Castles.

  1. The Hauntastic Halloween at J Castles 2026 package is available at a special rate of ₱1,199 per person.
  2. The selling period is from October 1 to 25, 2026.
  3. The promo is valid exclusively for the Hauntastic Halloween event on October 24 & 25, 2026, during the official event schedule.
  4. The package includes J Castles admission, Halloween activities and entertainment, Halloween treats, souvenir gift, and one (1) Blue Burger Snack Set, as specified in the official promo inclusions.
  5. Tickets may be purchased through the official J Castles website and authorized J Castles Ticket Booth, subject to availability.
  6. Advance booking is highly encouraged, as event slots are limited and subject to venue capacity.
  7. Only registered participants with valid Hauntastic Halloween tickets are entitled to the corresponding Halloween activities, food, treats, and other package inclusions.
  8. Children 3 feet and below may enter J Castles for FREE in accordance with the park’s admission policy but will not receive the Hauntastic Halloween package inclusions unless a corresponding package is purchased, if applicable.
  9. All child participants must be accompanied by at least one (1) responsible adult. The accompanying adult is also required to purchase a Hauntastic Halloween ticket at the same promo rate of ₱1,199 per person. The promo rate applies equally to both adult and child participants who wish to avail of the Hauntastic Halloween package and its corresponding inclusions.
  10. Treats, souvenir gifts, face painting, food, and other participant-specific inclusions are limited to one (1) allocation per qualified ticket holder, unless otherwise specified.
  11. Guests are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes to participate in the Costume Parade. Costumes and accessories must comply with J Castles’ safety and security policies.
  12. The ₱1,199 Hauntastic Halloween ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable laws, government regulations, and the official event cancellation policy.
  13. Unused or unclaimed activities, meals, treats, gifts, attractions, or other inclusions cannot be converted to cash, exchanged, or refunded.
  14. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts, unless otherwise stated. For Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities, applicable statutory discount rules shall apply.
  15. J Castles reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, entertainment, operating hours, or participating attractions due to operational requirements, safety considerations, weather conditions, force majeure, or government directives, subject to applicable laws and required regulatory approval.
  16. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or government orders, affected guests will be accommodated according to the official J Castles rescheduling/refund policy and applicable regulations.
  17. Castle Inflatable and Infinity Pool Club are not included in the Hauntastic Halloween package.

 

J Castles Park Rules & Guidelines

To Our Valued Guests, Management is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience at J Castles. To help us maintain this environment, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Entry & Ticketing

  • Security Screening: Screening will take place for all guests and their belongings before entering the castle.

  • Valid Documentation: Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request at any time.

  • Re-entry Policy: Once you exit the premises, re-entry is strictly not allowed.

  • Right to Refuse: J Castles reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person for non-compliance with these terms.

Guest Requirements & Supervision

  • Child Supervision: Children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Height Policy: Only children measuring three (3) feet and below are free of charge.

  • Prohibited Items: Guests consent to searches for prohibited items, including weapons and illegal substances. Toy guns or objects appearing to be firearms are strictly prohibited.

  • Code of Conduct: Please maintain proper decorum. Obscene or lewd gestures are strictly prohibited within castle premises.

Attraction & Dress Code Guidelines

  • Footwear & Attire: Some areas feature shallow water or mirrored floors. Guests may be required to remove shoes, wear shorts, or roll up pants. Avoid skirts for exhibits with mirrored flooring.

  • Physical Limitations: Certain attractions or rides may have height, weight, or mobility restrictions established by the manufacturer for your safety.

  • Operational Changes: Attractions, rides, or shows may close temporarily for maintenance, weather, or troubleshooting without prior notice or refund.

Liability & Safety

  • Personal Property: J Castles is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items. Guests are expected to ensure the security of their own belongings.

  • Personal Injury: The owners and operators shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, or damage suffered due to a guest’s own negligence, the acts of third parties, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.

  • Safety Measures: While J Castles implements rigorous security measures, guests are expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety.
